Return & Refund Policy


Due to hygiene and health reasons, all swimwear items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once purchased.


We only accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged item
  • Manufacturing defect


To qualify for a return or refund:

  • The request must be submitted within 3 days from receiving the order.
  • The item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition received.
  • All original packaging, tags, labels, hygiene seals, and any accompanying materials must be intact.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, scented, damaged, or tried on in a way that compromises hygiene standards will not be accepted.


Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees, cash handling fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.


Please ensure returned items are packaged carefully. Damaged packaging or missing original components may result in rejection of the return request.


We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above or in cases of excessive return activity.
